Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to The Nile Pirates. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of any bespoke expeditions, day tours, or cruise packages provided by The Nile Pirates. By booking a journey with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Deposits: To secure a multi-day itinerary or cruise, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. During peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the required deposit is 50%.

  • Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed and a deposit is received.

3. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry into Egypt) and the necessary tourist visas. The Nile Pirates will request passport copies upon booking to secure necessary travel permits from the Egyptian Tourism Police and for domestic flight or cruise reservations.

4. Itinerary Alterations The Nile Pirates reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, Nile water levels, cruise sailing schedule adjustments, or instructions from local authorities. We will always strive to provide a comparable luxury alternative.

5. Force Majeure The Nile Pirates shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or global health crises.

6. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
