At The Nile Pirates, we understand that travel plans can change. We strive to offer flexible and fair cancellation terms while adhering to the strict booking policies of our luxury hotel and Nile Cruise partners.

1. Day Tours & Expeditions (Single Day)

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the tour start time will receive a 100% full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, or “no-shows,” are non-refundable.

2. Multi-Day Packages & Nile Cruises Because luxury Nile vessels and bespoke accommodations require significant advance commitments, the following cancellation tiers apply to multi-day bookings:

• 60+ Days before arrival: Full refund of any payments made, minus a 10% administrative and bank transaction fee.

• 59 to 30 Days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost will be retained (the deposit).

• 29 to 15 Days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be retained.

• 14 Days or less before arrival: 100% of the total tour cost will be retained.

3. Peak Season Cancellations For bookings overlapping with Christmas, New Year, and Easter weeks, a strict 50% cancellation fee applies for any cancellation made up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

4. Domestic Flights If your bespoke itinerary includes domestic flights within Egypt (e.g., Cairo to Luxor), flight tickets are strictly non-refundable once issued, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

5. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
